• Order confirmation would be made only after mutual agreement and quotation approval

5. Pricing and Terms of Payments:

 

 The price shall be determined on the basis of specification, quantity of the product ordered and customization involved

• The payment term shall be mentioned in the invoice/contract (in advance, LC, etc)

• All foreign payments must adhere to local regulations

• In case of failure to make payment may lead to delays and cancellation of the order.

 

6. Manufacture and Lead Times:

 

• Lead time shall be dependent on order quantity, customization and raw materials availability

• Lead time information shall be provided during order confirmation stage

• Lead time delays beyond control of TCT Linens like force majeure, logistic delays, etc. are not liability of TCT Linens.

 

7. Shipping and Delivery:

 

• The Shipping term (FOB, CIF etc.) shall be decided at order confirmation stage

• The delivery lead time provided is subject to change

• TCT Linens shall not be responsible for shipping and delivery delays arising out of customs clearance and logistics.

 

8. Quality Control

 

Quality assurance is one of our core processes in order to ensure product uniformity.

 

• Prior shipment inspections can be conducted as per customer requirements.

• Any claims about defective products should be made within [7-14 days] from delivery

• Claims must be backed by sufficient proof (pictures, reports, etc.).

• We will consider and sort out all problems in each specific case.

 

9. Refund or Return Policy

 

As a B2B manufacturer:

 

• Return is not allowed in cases when there is no defect in production;

• Refund or replacement will be considered after thorough verification

 

10. Intellectual Property

 

The intellectual property rights of TCT Linens include:

 

• All text materials

• Images

• Logos

• Website design and

• all other website content created for TCT Linens.

 

11. Non-Disclosure

 

The disclosure of confidential business data (products, prices, etc.) provided by TCT Linens to its clients is forbidden.

 

12. Disclaimer

 

No responsibility is assumed by TCT Linens for:

 

• Losses incurred indirectly or otherwise

• Damage resulting from disruption of any business or loss of profit

• Problems due to third party shipping delays

• The liability is limited to the price of delivered products only.

All disputes will be within the jurisdiction of courts situated in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
